Sun Room Bring California Sunshine to Toronto’s Velvet Underground

Sun Room brought their laid-back California charm to Toronto’s Velvet Underground on October 21, bringing a high-energy set that felt like a slice of summer in the middle of fall. The indie surf-rock band had the crowd dancing from the first chord, mixing breezy guitar riffs with infectious hooks on songs like “Crashed My Bike” and “Sol Del Sur.” With easy chemistry, playful banter, and an effortlessly cool stage presence, Sun Room turned the cozy venue into a full-on beach party, no ocean required.
