The Indie-pop duo who made waves with their single ‘Capsize‘ with Emily Warren, which garnered nearly a billion streams across platforms. Now the band is back with the familiar melodies fan love with their latest single ‘All My Friends.’
The duo, consisting of James Sunderland and Brett Hite create songs painted in bold, bright colors, packed with harmonies and unshakeable hooks that connect with a global audience. ‘All My Friends’ adds to the impressive pop catalog of FRENSHIP.
‘All My Friends’ connects on the relatable feelings so many experienced in the last year. The lyrics which are both timely and relevant cover just about every feeling from the pandemic. From starting out appreciating the space, then the feeling of repeated days, and then missing friends.
Of their new single the duo commented:
“We never imagined we’d write a song like this or about this. Who knew we’d be smack dab in the thick of a global pandemic while trying to write our new album?” says Brett. “It’s a simple, heartfelt song about missing everyone in our lives. We didn’t want to overthink this one and wanted to make something sincere but upbeat. After being gone for a few years we wanted to come back with a song that just felt good.” James continues.
