Faye Webster Returns with Stunning New Single “But Not Kiss” and Announces Fall Tour

In a highly anticipated comeback, singer-songwriter Faye Webster has unveiled her first new single in two years. Webster shared, “I think it could be a really romantic song or a really anti-romantic song. It’s something I’ve looked for but struggled to find in other love songs, for them to describe this conflict or contradiction.”

To celebrate the video release, Faye Webster has collaborated with Brain Dead on a limited-edition t-shirt, available exclusively at the launch event taking place tonight at Brain Dead Studios in Los Angeles, CA. The event promises an exciting lineup, including a live performance, a ping pong tournament, a screening of the “But Not Kiss” video, and a Q&A session moderated by Kevin Hayes. Fans can experience the convergence of music, art, and fashion firsthand at this exclusive event.

Furthermore, Webster has announced an intimate one-night-only celebration at the iconic 40 Watt Club in Athens, GA, on June 22nd. In addition to the single release and upcoming events, Faye Webster has also revealed plans for a major North American headlining fall tour. Kicking off on October 17th at the esteemed 930 Club in Washington, DC, the tour will span across the continent, with notable stops at renowned venues such as Brooklyn Steel on October 24th, The Vic Theatre in Chicago on October 29th, and The Novo in Los Angeles on November 8th. Fans eager to witness Faye Webster’s spellbinding performances can secure their tickets when they go on sale on Friday, June 23rd, at 10 AM local time.

“But Not Kiss” serves as a glimpse into Faye Webster’s forthcoming full-length album, offering a taste of the direction her music is heading. This newest single follows Webster’s Car Therapy Sessions EP, released in April 2021 via Secretly Canadian, where she presented orchestral re-imaginings of her previous works.
