On Saturday, January 27th, the dynamic American duo known as The Driver Era graced the intimate London venue, PRYZM, in celebration of their recent concert film, Live At The Greek. Two days prior, they delighted a select group of devoted fans with an exclusive screening, treating them with signed posters and a spirited Q&A session that left fans wanting more.
As the spotlight illuminated the stage, brothers Ross and Rocky Lynch settled into their chairs, ready to perform for their audience. Greeting fans, the duo launched into soulful renditions of “Malibu” and “Low,” setting the atmosphere with their musical prowess.
Building upon the excitement teased from their Q&A session, Ross hinted at a surprise debut performance. The duo then unveiled the track, “Get Off My Phone,” captivating the audience with Ross’ raspy vocals, harmonizing with Rocky’s masterful guitar melodies.
Throughout the evening, The Driver Era indulged the crowd with Disney favourites such as “On My Own” from Teen Beach Movie 2 and several beloved tracks from Austin and Ally. Ross and Rocky continued to take many chances to engage with their fans in lively banter, all while taking song requests and playing several songs off of their set.
As the night came to a close, the two expressed heartfelt appreciation to their enthusiastic audience, acknowledging that their journey would not be possible without them.
